Project Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating communication and coordination between project teams, clients, and stakeholders. They will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by keeping all parties informed and aligned with project goals and timelines.

Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related coordination.
2. Facilitate regular meetings and updates with project teams and clients
3. Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables effectively to all stakeholders.Coordinate project activities, resources, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
4. Identify and address communication gaps or issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve conflicts and mitigate risks.
6. Document and maintain project communication plans, reports, and documentation.
7. Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and requests.
8. Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Knowledge of IT solutions and technologies
• Experience in client relationship management
• Previous experience with client-facing roles or customer service US based

Experience: 02-05 years.
Location: Bahria Town Karachi.
Job Type: Full time (onsite).
