Sr. UI/UX Designer

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Web and Mobile UI/UX Designer to join our growing team in Bahria Town. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centric, visually appealing, and highly functional interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver designs that elevate the user experience and align with our company’s vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively.
• Develop user-friendly interfaces and ensure seamless interaction for web and mobile platforms, including responsive and adaptive designs.

User Research and Testing:

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability studies to gather insights into user behavior and preferences.
• Perform usability testing to refine designs and improve user satisfaction.
• Develop brand color schemes, typography, and other visual identity elements.
• Ensure logos are scalable and adaptable across various platforms (web, print, etc.).

Visual Design:

• Design high-fidelity user interfaces that are visually appealing and align with brand guidelines.
• Select color schemes, typography, iconography, and other visual elements to enhance user engagement.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to align designs with project requirements and business objectives.
• Provide detailed design specifications and guidelines to ensure accurate implementation.

Prototyping:

• Build interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts and facilitate feedback.
• Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to demonstrate user journeys and functionality.

Accessibility and Compliance:

• Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to make products usable for all users.
• Adhere to industry best practices for usability and user experience.

Trend Awareness and Improvement:

• Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
• Identify areas of improvement in existing designs and suggest enhancements.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile UI/UX design.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Sketch, or similar.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision or Axure.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles (preferred but not required).

Core Competencies:

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Ability to create designs for iOS, Android, and responsive web platforms.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to present ideas clearly and effectively.
