UI/UX & Graphic Designer

Job Overview:

XAutonomous is seeking a highly creative and experienced UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic and growing team. This hybrid role combines the best of both worlds user-centered digital interface design and compelling visual storytelling for branding and marketing. You’ll be at the heart of shaping how our brand looks, feels, and functions across digital products and marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design:

• Design intuitive, visually appealing, and functional interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes using tools like Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Ensure responsive, adaptive, and accessible design implementation (WCAG standards).
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of design with user needs and business goals.
• Provide detailed design specifications and handoffs to development teams.

Graphic & Visual Design:

• Design branding and marketing assets such as logos, social media creatives, banners, ads, brochures, and packaging.
• Develop and maintain consistent visual identity including brand color schemes, typography, and iconography.
• Work closely with marketing and content teams to create compelling visual assets for campaigns.
• Stay updated on design trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of all creative assets with a focus on quality and consistency.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in UI/UX design and graphic design for web, mobile, and print.
• A strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX case studies as well as diverse graphic design projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Familiarity with tools like InVision, Axure, or similar for prototyping and collaboration.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end principles is a plus.
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines and best practices for user-centric design.
